Our website is being redesigned with all SEPTA riders in mind.
SEPTA is in the final stages of the migration process to a new, mobile-responsive and transit-forward website in the effort to increase customer satisfaction, usability and ridership.
Please note: this website is still in the beta and testing phase; continue to refer to SEPTA.org for the most up to date information, accurate schedules and active alerts & advisories.
The new website introduces transit-forward features that show live data on all routes so riders can view arrival times, alerts and vehicle tracking in real-time.
Trip planning is now simpler than ever with schedules, fares and system alerts & advisories prominently displayed. The enhanced web design improves navigation and usability on computers and mobile devices, allowing visitors and tourists to travel the system with ease. On the home page, simply type in where you are and where you want to go, SEPTA will show all available transit options.
SEPTA is excited to launch our new website and improve your transit experience. We invite you to visit the beta site, click around and plan a trip. Afterwards, please provide some feedback regarding site navigation, overall usability and critical omissions. Participating in this quick survey helps us identify areas for improvement prior to the future launch of the official website.
The beta website can be accessed using this link: https://beta-realtime.septa.org/
The survey for feedback and comments can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WHR92WB. Within the survey is a comment box to share your thoughts.
