With the exception of brief encounters with our operators, conductors, passenger attendants and cashiers, much of our customer communications are by phone, e-mail, regular mail, and various social media applications. SEPTA Customer Connection is our way for our customers and office staff to meet face-to-face.
The SCC team has been meeting with customers at various SEPTA locations since 2008. The program offers customers the opportunity to meet with SEPTA representatives from various departments to share suggestions, concerns, comments and commendations. It also gives employees an opportunity to show how much we value our customers.
