New SEPTA Regional Rail Schedules Go Into Effect June 12

SEPTA’s new Regional Rail schedules go into effect on Sunday, June 12. New schedules are available now at locations system-wide and online.

Midday weekday service on the Manayunk/Norristown Line will be reduced between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. due to SEPTA maintenance work to replace catenary wire originally installed in 1933 between Allegheny and Ivy Ridge Stations. Phase one of the project is expected to last approximately four months.

Weekday departure times from Trenton on the Trenton Line have been adjusted between two-to-four minutes as a result of the completion of Amtrak concrete tie replacement work. Train #758 will depart Trenton three minutes earlier and provide local service.

On the Media/Elwyn Line, weekday train #3224 will depart Elwyn Station at 7:17 a.m. Weekday train #2359 will depart Temple University Station at 4:22 p.m. Paoli/Thorndale weekday train #9571 will depart Temple University Station six minutes earlier at 5:50 p.m.
