Reduced Fare Program

Riders with disabilities are eligible for half fare travel on SEPTA services.  The reduced fare is only available to customers with funds loaded to a Reduced Fare Card.  See below information to see if you qualify for a Reduced Fare program.

Reduced Fare customers riding buses, trolleys and Subway/Elevated lines are also eligible for up to 2 free transfers used within 120 minute to complete their trip.

Transfers occur when a rider takes a single one-way trip on transit and then changes to a different transit line or service within two hours of that trip. A Reduced Fare Card is needed to take advantage of the free transfers.

Appointments are strongly encouraged: 215-580-7145 – press #6.

Walk-In customers are accepted with available appointment slots in the schedule.
