SEPTA’s accessible stations feature elevator(s) that provide access between the platform and other station levels. Issues sometimes arise that require an elevator to be taken temporarily out of service. When this occurs, the elevator status notifies customers which service and station may be affected and provides alternative travel options to neighboring stations or platforms.
Elevator information is updated regularly. Please see below for current elevator outages, or click SEPTA’s real-time data, and select the mode you are using (Bus, Rail, Subway, NHSL, or Trolley) and click on “Elevator” for the most current information.
You may also call the elevator status hotline at (877) 737-8248.
