Every second counts if someone is about to fall in the track area.
- Try to alert them before they reach the platform edge.
- Alert the station cashier.
- Tell SEPTA personnel on the platform.
- Use the Emergency Call Box.

- Use the SEPTA Transit Watch app to alert the Transit Police.
